The objective is to increase the interest and motivation pupils for vocational and tertiary studies in field of blue and green economy combined with an innovative approach of matchmaking between graduates and SME in blue and green industries through an early stage contact. Both objectives should be realized through joint cross boarder events concepts combined with a matchmaking event. The idea of the event concept is that pupils and students get the chance to have clearer view on real life requirements of future workplaces in green and blue SME.
